Today’s weather…Cloudy
More and more it looks like the movement is to the cloud. But we
need to be careful. This week’s Microsoft Office 365 outage was very
disruptive. All email users in North America were not able to access, receive or
send emails for over four hours. Moving to the cloud may have tremendous
advantages for our business. It is important to remain thoughtful and sure
about the transition and that there are backup plans in the event of an
outage.
Let me introduce myself
In 1983 I bought an IBM PC and Lotus 123 and automated the inventory calculation for my client Edgewater Steel. I took the initiative to make the process better through technology.
Since then I have managed hundreds of technology projects for businesses of all sizes in many industries. As a result I now possess a diverse set of skills exactly suited to the improvement of business process through technology which results in valuable information for decision makers.
